This 10-course meal includes an assortment of appetizers, organic vegetable Caesar salad topped with a soft-boiled egg, three kinds of seasonal fish sashimi, fried oysters, grilled winter mackerel over robata, three kinds of horse sashimi of the day, deep-fried Oyama chicken, assorted vegetable and meat rolls, rice cooked in a clay pot with Hakata mentaiko and salmon roe, and even a dessert of the day.
