This luxurious course includes an assortment of appetizers, organic vegetable Caesar salad topped with a soft-boiled egg, five kinds of seasonal fish sashimi, deep-fried Daisen chicken fillet wrapped in plum and shiso leaves, a platter of three horse sashimi dishes of the day, salt-grilled Hokkaido salmon (served with grated salmon roe), deep-fried oysters, a platter of seasonal vegetables for the robatayaki of the day, thick-sliced beef tongue grilled over a robata charcoal fire, and finally rice cooked in a clay pot with domestic eel and salmon roe, as well as today's dessert.
